These terms govern your use of the Aquison Jewels website. By browsing the site you accept them. They are deliberately short, because this website exists to showcase our work — not to transact.
All jewellery presented on this website is for display and enquiry purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer for sale, and no order, payment or reservation can be placed through it.
Prices are intentionally not displayed, as precious-metal and gemstone values change daily. Quotations shared during an enquiry are valid only for the period stated in that quotation.
Photography is of actual pieces, but colour and scale can vary with screens. Weights and dimensions are approximate and stated per design; made-to-order pieces may vary within customary tolerances.
Descriptions are provided in good faith. The hallmark and accompanying certificates remain the authoritative record of purity and stone details for any piece.
All designs, photography, text and the Aquison Jewels name and marks on this site are the property of the house. They may not be reproduced, scraped or used commercially without written permission.
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. Any subsequent purchase, commission or repair is governed by the written terms provided with its quotation, not by this website.
The website is provided as-is for information. To the extent permitted by law, Aquison Jewels accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content, or for temporary unavailability of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
