Aquison Jewels respects the privacy of every visitor to this website. This policy explains what little information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. This is a showcase website — we sell nothing online and process no payments here.
When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact information and the piece or service you are interested in.
The website itself does not require an account, does not store payment information, and does not track you across other websites.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, and — only if you ask — keep you informed about new collections and private viewings.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Details are shared outside Aquison Jewels only when a service you request requires it (for example, a courier delivering a sizing kit) or when the law requires it.
Enquiries sent via WhatsApp are governed additionally by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Email enquiries are composed in your own mail application; we receive only what you choose to send.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record-keeping. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the contact address on this site.
