A sketch, a memory, an inherited stone — bring us the beginning, and the atelier will take it the rest of the way.
Roughly a third of the atelier's year is spent on commissions: engagement rings designed across two video calls and one nervous visit, heirloom bangles recast for granddaughters, a single earring rebuilt into a pendant after fifty years in a drawer.
You do not need a finished idea — most commissions begin with a feeling and a budget. Honesty about both is the only requirement.
How it works
From conversation to keepsake
Most commissions take four to eight weeks from approved design to delivery.

Consultation
At the maison, over WhatsApp or on a video call — we listen, sketch and talk purities, stones and budget without obligation.

Design & render
Our designers develop drawings and a 3D render. We refine together until you would not change a line.

The making
The approved design is cast, raised, set and finished at our own benches, with photographs shared at each milestone.

Delivery
Your piece arrives hallmarked and certificated, in the Aquison box, with care instructions and our lifetime service promise.

Custom commissions
How does the custom jewellery process work?
It begins with a conversation — a sketch, a photograph, or just an idea. Our designers develop drawings and a 3D render for your approval, the atelier casts and sets the piece, and you receive it hallmarked and certificated. Most commissions take four to eight weeks.
Can you rework my old or inherited jewellery?
Yes — heirloom transformation is a house specialty. We can melt and recast your gold, reset stones into new designs, or restore a piece to its original state while preserving maker's marks wherever possible.
Is there a minimum budget for commissions?
No fixed minimum. The design team will be honest about what is achievable within your budget and will propose purities, weights and stones accordingly. The first consultation carries no obligation.
